Fiat Chrysler Recalls Thousands of Vehicles Over Possible Fuel Leaks, Windshield Wiper Problem

Fiat Chrysler is recalling thousands of cars and SUVs because of possible problems with fuel leaks and windshield wipers.

The first recall covers Dodge Durangos and Jeep Grand Cherokees from the 2016 model year.

A fuel tube may have been damaged when they were being built, which could cause a gas leak and fire.

The second recall covers Dodge Darts from the 2016 model year.

Voltage spikes caused by a windshield washer pump can cause short circuits, which can cause the wipers to fail.
