Oscoda Man Killed After Breaking Into Tawas City Home Identified

We now know the name of the man police say tried to break into the Iosco County home but was shot and killed in the process.

Jesse Odell was found dead Sunday night in Tawas City.

Records show he was on probation in a drug case.

Police say a man was home when two masked men with knives tried to rob him.   

He shot them both with a rifle.

The second man is expected to survive.
