“It’s a dream come true. This is the only job in the world that could’ve attracted me away from my current position,” says Trey Devey.
A local fine arts school is welcoming their new president elect.
Interlochen Center for the Arts is excited to announce their newly selected president who will take over in 2017.
Trey Devey will take office in June and says he couldn’t imagine a job more fitting for him.
In his time as president, he hopes to help Interlochen find new opportunities and become even more connected with the community.
He says taking this position is a tremendous honor and a dream come true.
“I see in Interlochen a place where people have come together and art is their thing and they are in a community of artists and it’s so important to nurture that because I know how important it was to me,” says Trey Devey, the President Elect for Interlochen Center for the Arts for 2017.
Trey says he can’t wait to see what the next few years will have in store for him at Interlochen.
