Living Right: Save Your Bones

Osteoporosis is a disease where the bones become weak and brittle.

About one in two women over age 50 will break a bone because of it, but there are ways to prevent the disease.

Tonight in Living Right, Katie Boomgaard shows you some simple exercises that could save your bones.

Other studies have found no benefit when it comes to vibration platforms, but they’ve never been shown to be harmful.
