Cadillac Man Accused Of Violating City Ordinances Charged

The Cadillac man who violated several city ordinances, including disturbing the peace has now been charged.

Cadillac police say Don Koshmider was using a bull horn while handing out pamphlets to people entering and leaving the post office — until an officer told him to stop last week.

He says he wants people to understand their rights when they serve on a jury.

Koshmider is now charged with disorderly conduct, being a repeat offender, police officer assault, resist and obstructing justice.

Koshmider live-streamed his arrest on Facebook.

He will be back in court later this month.
