Ogemaw County deputies say a man is dead after a friend discovered him on his property while hunting.
The 51-year-old Chesterfield man’s body was found in Churchill Township Saturday.
The sheriff says the man’s friend found him at the bottom of a tree under his tree stand.
Right now, the cause of death is unknown, and the investigation is still underway.
