Alpena Man Found Guilty Of Murder Sentenced To Life In Prison

In this update, an Alpena man guilty of first degree murder will spend life in prison without parole.

Police arrested Christopher Tank in May after he shot Rob Arch on Sable Street in Alpena.

Arch later died from the shooting.

A jury found Tank guilty on all counts, including first degree murder, causing death from a vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon.
