Clinton Announces Plans to Halt Campaign for 9/11

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has been busy working on fundraising, but announced she’ll be taking a quick break soon.

Clinton announced that on September 11th, her campaign will take a pause to remember the tragic terror attack that happened 15 years ago.

A Clinton aide says Hillary and her running mate, Tim Kaine will stop operations and will not air ads that day.

And following Trump’s crossing of the Mexican border on Wednesday, Clinton wasted no time weighing in on his meeting with the country’s president.

“It certainly takes more than trying to make up for a year of insults and insinuations by dropping in on our neighbors for a few hours then flying home again. That is not how it works."

Clinton spent her Wednesday a little more north of the border speaking to veterans at the American Legion Convention in Cincinnati.
