Michigan Department of State Dismisses Allegations Against Missaukee Co. Prosecutor
The Michigan Department of State dismissed allegations against a Northern Michigan prosecutor.
Missaukee County Prosecutor Melissa Ranson was facing questions about her re-election campaign.
They all came from her challenger, Cameron Harwell.
He claimed she listed her office mailing address and telephone number on a campaign cover statement.
He also accused her of using public resources while on the clock to help her campaign.
The Department of State says they investigated and didn’t find any problems.
