Kick your weekend off with some fun at the Fife Lake Library Carnival Friday afternoon!
Starting at 1:00 P.M., there will be free games, snacks and prizes for kids.
It’s all in celebration of the summer reading program, and especially to honor kids who participated.
Kiel Stevens, a senior librarian at Fife Lake Public Library says “anyone and anybody is welcome to come. It’s for all ages. Even if they weren’t particularly involved in summer reading, we would still love them to come out. It’s going to be a lot of fun”
All of the Traverse area district libraries will be having a celebration with grand prizes for the reading program at the beginning of August.
