Interlochen Center for the Arts Hosting College Fair for Public
A college fair happening Monday will help high school students hoping to pursue the arts after they graduate.
Interlochen Center for the Arts is hosting around 80 colleges Monday afternoon.
The college fair is free and open to high school students all throughout Northern Michigan.
For those interested in studying the performing, literary or visual arts, there will be recruiters available to answer questions and provide information to help students prepare for their future.
“It gives all students the opportunity to connect with colleges both in the state of Michigan and outside,” said Assistant Director of College Counseling Chad Gapinski. “We actually have one college coming from Scotland, so what better opportunity to connect with visual and performing arts schools from around the nation and the world.”
The college fair runs Monday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Kresge Auditorium.
