More than 19,000 private emails from democratic officials have been leaked just days before the Democratic National Convention. They show party hostility to Senator Bernie Sanders.
The emails were posted by WikiLeaks. They detail a split between the Democratic National Committee and Clinton’s former rival. Investigators say they show D.N.C. officials discussing how to discredit the Sanders campaign in favor of Hillary Clinton.
The emails were sent between January of last year and May of this year.
