Italian Lamb Chops with Charred Cherry Tomatoes

Garlic cloves

½ C chopped rosemary

½ C olive oil

12 Lamb rib chops

Salt

Pepper

1 Lb Cherry tomatoes

Combine herb, garlic and oil. Salt and Pepper the lamb chops, add them to the marinade toss.

Chill 1 hour to 12 hours.  Prepare Grill to medium high heat.  Grill chops until charred, about 2-3 minutes each side.  Drizzle tomatoes with oil, salt and pepper.  Grill the tomatoes in cast iron skillet or grill basket
