New Trial Date Set For Former Upper Peninsula Pastor Accused Of Sex Crimes
A new trial date has been set for a former Upper Peninsula pastor accused of multiple sex crimes.
Last week the Sault Ste. Marie man’s first trial was ruled a mistrial by hung jury on all counts.
Jonas Moses, Jr.’s new trial date is set for August.
He was on trial for inappropriately touching children and other sex acts.
In the first trial, Moses Jr. took the stand saying he never touched either of the two victims and was never even alone with them.
