General Mills Recalls 10 Million Pounds of Flour Over E. Coli Concerns
You may want to take a look in your cupboard. General Mills is recalling about 10 million pounds of flour.
The voluntary recall is linked to an E. coli outbreak in 20 states.
The company says the recall involves Gold Medal and Signature Kitchens flour sold at Safeway, Albertsons and other supermarkets.
General Mills says E. coli hasn’t been found in any of its flour, but about half of the 38 people who got E. coli say they used a General Mills brand flour before getting sick.
