Gladwin Woman Accused of Trying To Steal From Family Fare

A Gladwin woman is accused of trying to steal more than $100 of merchandise from a Northern Michigan grocery store.

Thanks to the staff, she couldn’t get away.

Gladwin City Police and sheriff’s deputies say the shoplifting incident happened last week at the Family Fare in Gladwin.

Robyn Eaton-Holcomb has since been charged for shoplifting and having marijuana on her at the time.

Police say Family Fare staff blocked the door until officers could get there after they found the woman stealing toys, shampoo and other items in her purse.
