Feedback at 5:00: Screen Free Week
The upcoming Screen Free Week is meant to get people off of their phones, tablets and computers.
Researchers say children spend six or more hours a day in front of a screen, teenagers spend around nine hours and adults spend around eight hours.
Screen Free Week encourages people to read, create, get active and spend more time with family and friends.
You can still use devices for work and school, but are encouraged to put them down if they interfere with family time.
Screen Free Week starts this coming Monday and runs through the following Sunday.
Will you take part?
What’s the most annoying thing to you about screen time in general?
