Benzie County Hosts Business Expo Showcasing Local Businesses

There’s an event to help budding businesses in Benzie County.        

It’s the 2016 business expo.

The event kicked off Tuesday morning at the Crystal Center in Weldon Township.

The event showcases local businesses and organizations.

And it’s not just to get the word out to potential customers…

It’s a way for businesses to network with each other.

Organizers say it’s a chance to expand their local business horizons.

“Well the people that are coming here, they get to check out businesses that they might not normally get to see. Plus they actually get to talk to the owners usually and find out different aspects of what’s offered from those businesses.” Says Chamber Board member, Steve Kelly.
