A Benzie County nonprofit is hosting an event for women of all ages this weekend.
Grow Benzie’s "Just for the Health of It" is meant to promote women’s health.
Community professionals who work in all areas of health and wellness — like adult ballet instructors, yoga, and tai chi teachers will be there.
The event is tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Grow Benzie’s building in Benzonia.
Women will be able to attend multiple sessions during the five-hour event.
“The classes, each one is just 45 minutes. So hopefully in that time period they’ll take away something new that they didn’t know before they came,” said Grow Benzie Facilities Manager Tracey Scheile.
Lunch is also included, and the event costs 35 dollars.
