Adopt a Pet Tuesday: Dodge, Rosie & Ms. Jackson

It’s Adopt a Pet Tuesday on Michigan This Morning!

Be sure to check out this week’s adoptable Northern Michigan animals searching for their forever homes.

Dodge is a 2-year-old American Stafforshire Terrier mix. He’s neutered, housetrained and up to date on his vaccinations. Now all he needs is a family to give him lots of love and attention. But don’t worry, he’ll pay you back with kisses and happy tail wags! If you’re interested in welcoming Dodge into your home, you can find him at the Homeward Bound Animal Shelter in Manistee.

Rosie is a senior golden retriever and Labrador retriever mix. She’s housetrained, spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Plus she’s great with other dogs and cats –an all-around easy going gal! This sweetheart is in need of a good retirement home where she can live out her golden years –preferably with no young children. If you’d like Rosie to be the next addition to your family, you can swing by the Missaukee Humane Society in Lake City to scoop her up!

Ms. Jackson is a domestic short hair tabby. She’s housetrained and up to date on her vaccinations, but still has yet to be spade. Ms. Jackson would prefer a home without any dogs so she can feel comfortable to do what she loves most –stretch out on a comfy blanket and take a nap! If Ms. Jackson sounds like the kitty you’re looking for, head to Glenpark Animal Hospital in Muskegon to check her out!
