Paris Attacks Fugitive Captured, Two Explosions Heard in Brussels
New developments in the terror attacks in Paris.
Two explosions have been heard in a Brussels neighborhood where police captured a Paris attacks fugitive and are currently searching for another.
Salah Abdeslam, the main fugitive from the November 13 Paris attacks, is in police custody.
French police say that Abdeslam was arrested in Belgium’s capital after four months of evading police.
He was shot in the leg and arrested in the Brussels neighborhood of Molenbeek.
The mayor says police are still searching for one person who is holed up in a house.
Abdeslam was one of several terrorists who attacked cafes, a concert and a stadium in the Paris attacks that killed 130 people. It was Paris’ deadliest attack in decades.
