MTM On The Road: Boyne City Irish Heritage Festival 2016

The town that was originally founded by Irish immigrants in 1856 is now celebrating 9 years of its annual Irish Heritage Festival. Boyne City was first named after the historic River Boyne in Ireland when John and Harriet Miller wandered into the green valley in northern Michigan and were reminded of home. Today the town honors its authentic Irish roots with a full week of festivities including Irish song and dance, food, soda bread contest, high tea and so much more! Join us live in Boyne City as we go green this Saint Patrick’s Day!

The Boyne City Irish Heritage Festival continues now through Sunday, March 20, 2016.
