Grant Me Hope: Areonna and Robert

One of the strongest bonds you will ever find is the love between siblings.

This week, 9&10 News and Grant Me Hope introduce you to Areonna and Robert, a brother and sister who are hoping to find their forever family.

Areonna is 10 years old and in the 4th grade.

She likes to ride her bike, play with friends and spend time with her brother.

Areonna describes herself as nice, helpful and loving.

“The thing I like best about my brother is he’s honest and he’s trustworthy,” says Areonna.

Robert is 8 years old and in the 5th grade.

He enjoys playing football, playing with his sister and being with friends.

Robert also enjoys helping out at home and at school.

“I don’t like cleaning up… I love cleaning up!” says Robert.

Robert’s favorite subject in school is math.

“My favorite subject is math. I love math. Math is my favorite. And reading books,” says Robert.

Areonna and Robert want to be adopted by a small family with dogs.

Grant Me Hope is a collaboration between WWTV, Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange, Teddy’s Transport and the business community — all working together to find foster children a forever home.
