Pentagon Launches Aggressive Cyber-Attack Campaign Against ISIS

We have continuing coverage of the fight against ISIS.

The Pentagon has launched an aggressive campaign of cyber-attacks against the Islamic State.

The cyber-attacks are aimed at erasing the group’s ability to recruit members with social media.

President Obama says the campaign against ISIS is moving forward on all fronts, stating that our 66-member coalition, which includes Arab partners, is growing stronger, and that our military partners have agreed to increase their contributions.

The president’s comments come as a "cease-fire" goes into effect in war-torn Syria this weekend.

ISIS and other terror groups are not part of that agreement.
