Grilled Halloumi Salad

4 oz Halloumi cheese
1 cup cut grape tomatoes
1 cup cut julianne romaine
1 tsp cut fresh basil
|1 tsp balsamic vinegar reduction
1 tsp olive oil

Grill Halloumi cheese in a grill pan, cut into strips. Serve on bed of cut romaine, top with grape tomatoes (cut in half and chopped), basil, and top with balsamic vinegar
