New sanctions for North Korea are now law after President Obama signed off on the legislation.
North Korea’s new and tougher sanctions are punishment for Kim Jong-un’s regime, after it launched several nuclear and missile tests as well as suspected cyber attacks.
The sanctions freeze the assets of anyone doing business with North Korea’s nuclear weapons programs or anyone suspected of human rights abuse in the country.
