Toyota Recalls Millions of SUVs Over Seat Belt Problem

Toyota is recalling millions of its SUVs because of a seat belt problem.

The company says the rear seat belts could fail.

Toyota is recalling nearly three million RAV4 SUVS, RAV4 electric vehicles and Vanguards.

That includes 1.3 million sold in North America.

Most models were built between 2005 and 2014.
