A man is facing charges for the deaths of a woman and her son after a deadly pile-up on I-94 in January.
The crash happened in Van Buren County on January 17 involving than 40 cars and trucks.
Timothy Martinez from Grand Rapids is now charged with reckless driving causing death.
Investigators says he didn’t slow down in icy and snowy conditions before crashing into car killing Carol and Andrew Griesemer.
