Are you more interested in this year’s presidential nominating process? Why or why not?
Huge TV audiences for debates and for coverage of this week’s Iowa Caucuses (and the bickering that followed) is showing Americans have an increased interest in who they’ll be voting for to replace Barack Obama as President of the United States. The nation’s first primary is next week in New Hampshire and Michigan’s primary election is set for March 8th.
Some say their main interest is the drama that some candidates, such as Donald Trump, are bringing to presidential election process. Or is it that a not-so-well-known Senator from Vermont, Bernie Sanders, is giving Hillary Clinton a tough run for the Democratic nomination? Others say they want to hear how each of the candidates will deal with some of the biggest issues facing our country such the economy, jobs, immigration and healthcare.
