Lake Superior State rallies to 4-2 victory

SAULT STE MARIE – Lake Superior State opens the weekend sitting in 7th place in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association and as the Lakers look to move up the charts, sitting in their way is Alaska Anchorage.

Lakers were down early 1-0 in the first period before going on a scoring spree to close out the game in later periods, taking victory over the Seawolves 4-2.

Lake Superior State Center Mitch Hults notched two goals in the winning effort as the Lakers continue their two game series against Alaska Anchorage on Sunday at 5:30pm.
