A Clare County man accused of sex crimes has been charged.
After a lengthy investigation state police arrested the Harrison man in Hayes Township.
John Engel is now charged with five counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
A crime that could carry a life sentence and 25 years of monitoring as a sex offender.
He is at the Clare County jail with a bond of $500 thousand.
