Gaylord Votes To Include Marijuana Provisioning Centers in Zoning Ordinance
A Northern Michigan city council voted to include marijuana provisioning centers in their zoning ordinance.
The Gaylord City Council voted to include the changes Monday night after a zoning committee approved the ordinance back in December.
The ordinance also includes definitions for medical marijuana growing operations and medical marijuana processing centers.
With the amendment, future provisioning centers are allowed to open in Gaylord’s C-1 and C-2 business districts.
