Power Outages Reported after Winter Storm

As of 7 p.m. some power outages remain in our viewing area.

Consumers Energy reports 175 of their customers are still without power in Gladwin, Roscommon and Ogemaw counties.

Great Lakes Energy reports 4 of their members are still without power in Newaygo and Otsego counties.

Both companies estimate power will be restored to everyone by 10 p.m. Sunday night.

While road crews work to clean up after last night’s snow fall, electric companies are dealing with some power outages.

Consumers Energy reports roughly 530 of their customers are without power in Grand Traverse, Clare, Gladwin and Ogemaw counties.

Great Lakes Energy reports about 55 of their customers are without power in Oscoda, Montcalm, Newaygo, Mason, Antrim, Kalkaska and Osceola counties.

Cherryland Electric reports 30 of their customers are without power in Grand Traverse county.

All companies estimate power will be restored to everyone by tonight.
