Cadillac High School Orchestra to Play Free Christmas Concert Tonight

If the lack of snow is hampering your holiday spirit, come out to a sing-along Christmas Carol concert tonight in Wexford County.

The Cadillac High School orchestra is hosting its first Candlelight Community Carols Concert.

It’s free — and it’s going to be held at 7 p.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church on M-55 in Cadillac.

People will hold candles and sing along to traditional Christmas carols.

“We’re gonna play Angels We Have Heard on High, Silent Night, God Rest You Merry Gentlemen and all the classic Christmas carols,” said Cadillac High School Orchestra Director Bryce Ropp. “We’re trying to get the orchestra to play in the community more so instead of just playing for people at school.”

The orchestra wants to have the concert at a different church in the community every year.
