Several Arrests Made in Paris Terror Investigation
French police raided 168 homes Sunday night, arresting 23 people and placing 104 under house arrest in connection with the terror attacks which left at least 129 dead and hundreds of others hurt.
In response, french warplanes have started dropping bombs on ISIS targets in Syria. Sources inside the country say at least 20 airstrikes hit the city of Raqqa, the Islamic State’s self-proclaimed capital city.
France says they destroyed recruitment and command centers, ISIS training camps and an ammunition depot.
A manhunt is now underway in Belgium for the suspected mastermind behind the attacks, identified as Abdelhamid Abaaoud.
President Obama has ordered flags to be lowered to half staff until Thursday.
