Rogers City Couple Convicted of Defrauding Government Granted New Trial

New details are coming out about a fraud case from last year.

Last year a federal judge convicted Gary and Sue Wilson and Robert and Maxine Pochmara for defrauding the government.

The four owned the NAPA Auto Parts store in Rogers City.

After appealing their case, the Wilsons were granted a new trial.

Their appeal was granted because their accountant was not allowed to testify at their trial and that was considered important evidence.
