Two Former Michigan Lawmakers Failed to Get Their Jobs Back in Republican Primaries

In this update, two former lawmakers pushed out of Michigan’s capitol ran to get their jobs back, without much luck.

Tea party leaders Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat threw their hats into the ring for Tuesday’s special republican primaries.

Gamrat lost with just ten percent of the vote, Courser only about three percent at last check.

They pair admitted to misusing state resources to hide the affair they were having.

Eventually, Gamrat was expelled outright and Courser resigned.
