Polls are Open for State Elections

Northern Michiganders are not only heading out to work today, but they’re heading to the polls for election day. It’s the people’s chance to let their voices be heard.

Township, city and county clerks have been preparing for this big day for months. County clerks have printed out and sent out ballots to precincts, while township clerks have set up voting locations and have trained workers across the state.
