Gun Control Becomes Top Issue For Presidential Candidates
The mass shooting in Oregon propelled gun control to the top of the agenda for presidential candidates.
On Monday Hillary Clinton used a town hall meeting in New Hampshire to talk about gun control.
She introduced her own plan.
It includes more background checks for firearm sales both online and at gun shows.
But Republican candidates don’t agree.
They say the focus should be on treating mental illness without restricting the rights of citizens who follow the law.
