Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Police Arrest 3 Accused of Growing Marijuana

The Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Police arrested three men they say were growing a lot of marijuana.

It happened Sunday on South Wise Road in Isabella County’s Chippewa Township.

Police say while serving a search warrant, they found a medical marijuana grow operation with an unusually high number of plants.

They seized 102 plants and about 14 pounds of marijuana product.

They also took several long guns.

They arrested John Bendele, Raymond Lynn and Joseph Terell.

All three were arraigned on Monday.
