Arrests Made in Connection to Otsego County Marijuana Dispensary Raids
Arrests have been made in connection to the May raids on medical marijuana dispensaries in Otsego County.
In May, police raided eight dispensaries and searched several homes in Otsego County.
Police say they had received information that some dispensaries were violating Michigan’s medical marijuana laws.
They say a common violation is selling to more people than allowed.
Each caregiver can only sell to five patients.
SANE confirms that warrants have been served and multiple people have turned themselves in as a result of the previous drug raids.
It is unknown how many people have been arrested or what charges they face.
