Michigan Air National Guard Running Live-Fire Aircraft Exercises

Bullets are flying over Lake Huron this week.

The Michigan Air National Guard is running live-fire aircraft exercises about 20 miles from Alpena.

Aircraft from four squadrons will take off from the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center.

From there, they’ll engage remote-control target boats.

Aircrafts include A-10s and F-16s.

That begins Monday and runs for five days.
