Police Arrest Three People for Creating Fake Police Department

Three people were arrested in California for impersonating police officers and even creating a fake police department.

The group called themselves the Agency of the Masonic Fraternal Police Department.

Detectives served a search warrant at the location Thursday, recovering badges, weapons, uniforms and even police cars.

The group claimed their police agency was created in 1100 B.C. and that they had jurisdiction in 33 states and Mexico.

Detectives believe the three suspects were trying to deceive the community and that other people may be associated with the fictitious department.
