Fiat Chrysler Recalls Nearly 60,000 Older Cars, SUV’s

Fiat Chrysler is recalling nearly 60,000 older cars and SUV’s with manual transmissions, because a switch wire can break, causing the vehicles to not start.

The recall covers the Jeep Liberty and Wrangler SUV’s, as well as the Dodge Viper.

All made between February 2005 and September 2006.

Many were sold in the U.S.

But some were sold in Canada, Mexico and other countries.

No injuries have been reported.

Dealers will notify drivers and fix the problem for free.
