Drunk Driver Charged After Leading Deputies On High Speed Chase
We can now show you the man charged with driving drunk and leading deputies on a high speed chase through several counties.
Last week, Traverse City Police Department got a call that a pick up truck was stolen from a parking lot of a city business.
The car led deputies on a chase on M-72 in Grand Traverse County.
They eventually called off the case near Chum’s Corners because of safety concerns.
But, troopers caught up with the driver, stopped him and arrested him in Wexford County near Mesick.
Now, Jordan Wilson is charged with multiple felonies including driving drunk third offense, unlawful driving away and fleeing from police.
Deputies say Wilson reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
