New York’s Laguardia Airport Closes After Plane Slides Off Runway
New York’s Laguardia Airport closed Thursday after a plane skidded off of the runway.
The plane skidded on the snow covered runway and ran into a fence. The front of the plane was left hanging over the water.
The plane had 127 passengers and five crew member on board.
Only minor injuries were reported. One person was taken to the hospital.
After everyone was taken off of the plane, the concern became leaking fuel.
