NASA Astronaut Takes Selfie of a Lifetime

This is the selfie of a lifetime.

Taken by a NASA astronaut during a space walk at the International Space Station. This was the second of three space walks for a project to install new wiring at the ISS.

Astronaut Barry Wilmore snapped this selfie outside the space station.

If you look closely, you can see his partner, Terry Virts, in his visor’s reflection. And, of course, Earth in the background.

The three walks will happen over the course of a week to prepare the lab for future American crew capsules. It includes routing 764 feet of cable, and installing more power.
