Former Antrim County Deputy Headed to Jail for Attempted Misconduct

An update on the former Antrim County deputy who took drug money during an investigation.

Thursday he was sentenced to jail time. 

Michael Bingham will spend six months in county jail.

Bingham pleaded guilty to attempted misconduct back on January 6.

The case stems from a drug investigation last year. When money disappeared during the investigation, suspicious activity lead police to Bingham.

He no longer works for the county.
