Detroit Windsor Tunnel Re-Opens After Closing For Suspicious Package

The Detroit Windsor tunnel has re-opened this morning.

It was closed in both directions Tuesday night, after police found a suspicious package.

The package was found on the Canadian side when border agents were inspecting a vehicle with Michigan plates, when they found a bag containing a suspicious device.

Investigators believe that device is a smoke bomb or smoke grenade.

No one was arrested, but two men were being detained as police continue their investigation.
