Judge Pushes Back Gomery’s Trial

An update on solicitation of murder case 9 and 10 has been following since it first broke this summer.

On Monday, a judge agreed to postpone the Clarence Gomery trial.

Gomery is accused of trying to hire Dale Fisher to kill fellow attorney, Christopher Cooke in July over a civil lawsuit.

On Monday, a judge pushed back the trial date because Gomery’s attorney is having heart problems.

Gomery said despite the health conditions, he would still like Frank Stanley to represent him.

The trial was scheduled to begin on November 12th.

Now, it will most likely happen late February or early March.
